Thinking where I’d be if I had TB six months ago. Taking over new locations where expectations have been set, and not up to par, you have to clean house–which always turns into rebuilding. If you’re going to build, you need tools like ToolBelt. I would recommend it to any contractor. You never know who you’re going to get until you get face-to-face with them, and ToolBelt helps you do that.

In the past we would go through 1,000 applicants to get 3 or 4 that were good enough and actually started for us. Since the pilot program with ToolBelt we have hired 3 people in 30 days. Their prescreening process and applicant pool is the best I’ve ever seen to date. Through the rest of 2025 I’m hoping to bring on 50-75 more installers and believe that ToolBelt is the only company capable of supplying them.
