Requirements: Valid Contractor’s License, General Liability & Worker’s Comp Insurance, 3+ years roofing experience (e.g., asphalt shingles, metal, flat roofs), valid driver’s license, pass background check, own tools/truck/trailer, and ability to manage a crew.
Responsibilities: Perform roof inspections, repairs, and full roof replacements according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. This includes tear-off, decking repair, underlayment installation, and final roofing material application. Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
