Seeking versatile and experienced independent Handyman contractors for a variety of small repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Requirements: Proven experience in general home maintenance and repairs, valid driver’s license, own tools and reliable transportation. (Specific licensing and insurance requirements may vary by project and location, and will be discussed upon engagement).
Responsibilities: Handle a wide range of small repairs, maintenance, and improvements. Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve minor household issues efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and communicate clearly with clients.
