Seeking experienced independent Plumbing Repair & Maintenance Workers for residential and commercial plumbing projects.
Requirements: Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, and fixture issues; installing water heaters, toilets, sinks, and piping; and testing systems for proper pressure and drainage. Thorough understanding of plumbing codes. Valid driver’s license, own tools, and reliable transportation. (Specific licensing and insurance requirements may vary by project and location, and will be discussed upon engagement).
Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture issues in residential and commercial systems. Install water heaters, toilets, sinks, and piping with proper sealing and alignment. Test systems for proper pressure and drainage post-repair. Work according to plumbing codes and ensure minimal disruption to occupied spaces.
